Senior Sales Manager, Channel DACH
SupermicroSr. Sales Manager leading channel business for Supermicro across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and develop the Channel Sales team across the DACH region.
- Define and execute the channel sales strategy for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Build, strengthen, and expand relationships with key channel partners, including distributors, VARs, resellers, integrators, and ecosystem partners.
- Leverage an existing network within the server, storage, data center, and broader IT infrastructure partner landscape to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
- Identify, recruit, and enable new channel partners aligned with Supermicro’s strategic growth areas.
- Drive pipeline generation, partner-led opportunities, and revenue execution across the region.
- Work closely with internal teams including direct sales, business development, marketing, product management, and executive leadership to maximize partner success.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and business plans with key partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and partner feedback to refine go-to-market strategy.
- Ensure forecast accuracy, disciplined pipeline management, and strong operational execution.
- Represent Supermicro at key customer and partner meetings, industry events, and executive engagements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in a senior channel sales leadership role within the server, storage, enterprise IT, or data center infrastructure industry.
- Strong and established network within the DACH partner ecosystem, particularly in the server space.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with distributors, VARs, resellers, system integrators, and strategic channel partners.
- Track record of leading sales teams and consistently delivering against revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the DACH IT market and channel dynamics.
- Experience in developing and executing channel go-to-market strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Willingness to travel across the DACH region as required.
