Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Salesforce technical implementations, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and Field Service Lightning (FSL), ensuring alignment with business requirements, processes, and technology.
Hands-on experience in the configuration and implementation of Salesforce solutions, driving the best practices and design principles for these areas.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, administrators, and business users, to gather and define business requirements, ensuring they are well-understood and clearly documented.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for all Salesforce-related activities, including project delivery, team collaboration, and status tracking.
Leverage DevOps tools for deployment automation and version control to streamline Salesforce release management and ensure smooth operations.
Utilize knowledge of middleware tools to manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.
Oversee and support the end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce projects in an Agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and a high standard of quality.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or blockers, and work with teams to resolve issues promptly.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation, process improvement, and optimization within Salesforce and related platforms.
Provide leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and technical teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.
Ensure that all Salesforce solutions are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals and customer needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce implementations, specifically with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Advanced Admin certifications are highly preferred.
Strong experience in managing Salesforce projects using Agile methodologies.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, translating complex business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Ability to work closely with developers and technical resources to ensure clear understanding of project requirements.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce technologies.
Proficiency in DevOps practices, including deployment automation, version control, and integration using DevOps tools.
Problem-solving expertise, with the ability to handle complex challenges and make decisions quickly.
