About the role
- Analyze market and business trends, develop tactics and programs to grow market share
- Work closely with customers to define and refine specifications of products, solutions
- Lead research and analysis of technology, customer, and competitor trends to develop portfolio strategy
- Identify, prioritize, and address requirements of enterprise customers
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive Partner Business development Roadmap
- Drive focus Solution Expertise into products, reference architecture papers, deployment at lighthouse customers
Requirements
- Bachelor in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experiences; Master's degree is highly preferable
- 15+ years of extensive product leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people management and influence skills
- In-depth knowledge in system products, its architecture, and product roadmap
- Must have business acumen and ability to build business cases, communicate effectively with professionally done presentations and write-ups, influence others, and measure success
- Ability to be self-motivated towards the achievement and measurement of established goals
- Aptitude to develop and maintain satisfactory working relationships with both the client and internal staff members and to deal effectively with conflicts.
