About the role
- Perform testing of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) products.
- Defines and documents the process following test requirement for PCBA products testing.
- Refines and improvements of established procedure to advance test methods deployed.
- Test equipment management.
- Debugs and provides trouble shooting.
- Assists in reviewing defects and conduct root cause analysis.
- Directs and coaches junior staff in data collection and root cause analysis on defects found during the test processes.
- Take lead of ECO (Engineering Change Order) rework team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of working experience relevant to the PCBA and motherboard testing environment.
- Strong computer knowledge background.
- Shell script (Linux) / JavaScript programming is required.
- English language skills (reading, speaking, writing) are required.
- Responsible, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
