About the role
- Hands-on experience in NPI project management, including project kickoff, schedule management, BOM control, quality management, troubleshooting, and sample builds
- Experience in OEM project fulfillment, covering schedule control, Proof of Concept (POC) preparation, FAQ development, and issue troubleshooting
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills, working closely with R&D, Lab, Procurement, Sales, Production, and other teams to ensure successful project execution
- Proven customer service capability, including product promotion, roadmap updates, troubleshooting, RMA coordination, customer Q&A, and CRM management
- Solid experience in inventory planning and control, including forecast (FCST) review, inventory management, and preparation of high-risk or long lead-time components
- Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specification books, product books, manual reviews, and internal training materials
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the electronics industry
- At least 1 year of NPI project management experience in the server or IPC industry
- Proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree or above
