About the role
- Lead Sales to achieve our business objectives
- Continue developing the current key accounts in country and acquire new ones
- Open direct accounts or route deals through the channel
- Responsible for Enterprise and large SI/VARs development in the UK
- Able to drive projects to success throughout the complete Sales cycle
- Achieve high customer satisfaction
- Develop relationships with Supermicro technology partners when needed
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent work experience required
- Strong Sales skills (will do local background check)
- 10+ years of Sales experience and large deals management
- Proven management skills as will be in charge of a team in one of the largest markets in EMEA
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding assigned jobs
- Flexibility in work schedule
- Must be a self-starter with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and eager to grow with the company
- Must have the ability to work from a remote home-office
