About the role

  • Lead Sales to achieve our business objectives
  • Continue developing the current key accounts in country and acquire new ones
  • Open direct accounts or route deals through the channel
  • Responsible for Enterprise and large SI/VARs development in the UK
  • Able to drive projects to success throughout the complete Sales cycle
  • Achieve high customer satisfaction
  • Develop relationships with Supermicro technology partners when needed

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Strong Sales skills (will do local background check)
  • 10+ years of Sales experience and large deals management
  • Proven management skills as will be in charge of a team in one of the largest markets in EMEA
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding assigned jobs
  • Flexibility in work schedule
  • Must be a self-starter with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and eager to grow with the company
  • Must have the ability to work from a remote home-office
