About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of Software Management and Diagnostic Tools
Build automated software solutions for provisioning, monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting across data center platforms
Assist in configuring, running, and analyzing software and system performance benchmark workloads
Troubleshoot software, automation, and integration issues and develop permanent solutions to improve reliability and maintainability
Maintain technical documentation, APIs, and operational procedures for developed software solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions addressing real-world system management and operational requirements
Evaluate new technologies and AI-assisted approaches to improve software development efficiency, diagnostics, and operational workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
1+ years of experience in Software Engineering
Strong programming skills: Python; React/JavaScript/TypeScript/Redux toolkit; Ansible; Shell scripting
Foundational understanding of software architecture, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance analysis
Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have: K8s, Docker, Git, LLMs, AI Agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI), AI assisted development tools (Cursor)
