About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in cross-functional teams with Engineering, Commodity Management, Supply Chain, and Quality
Partner with design engineering and operations to identify, document, and help mitigate program risks
Support planning and execution of engineering development builds through production ramp
Review vendor specifications
Assist with product qualification plans
Enter data accurately into company systems
Support Sales, Engineering, and Procurement on customer-related cable issues
Coordinate with system teams on cable requirements and solution options
Track open issues and follow through with internal and supplier teams until resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related field
0–2 years of experience
Familiarity with cable solutions for server or storage products is preferred
Project or program coordination experience is a plus
Ability to build constructive working relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
Strong teamwork and communication skills across functions
Working knowledge of high-speed cables, power-safety requirements, and RoHS, or willingness to learn quickly
