Key responsibilities & impact

Support revenue growth at all assigned accounts
Develop solution architecture and presentations to expand Fortune 1000 account penetration and loyalty
Map end-user customer business and partner requirements and provide optimized technical solutions
Provide technical leadership in pre-sales and oversee solution implementation
Engage with customers and build and maintain trust
Troubleshoot system architecture and hardware/software interaction issues
Manage and lead teams during field problem investigations and resolution
Develop and review system solutions, technical bid responses, and presentations
Work cross-departmentally to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
Build and demonstrate proof-of-concept solutions
Present corporate brand, product messaging, and solutions to customers
Visit on-site facilities and operations for solution integration and issue resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline; computer engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science preferred
2+ years of related experience with Compute/Storage Server, Data Center, or IT Infrastructure experience desired
Hands-on Data Center and Liquid Cooling experience is a definite plus
Excellent communication skills and business sense required
Strong background and experience with x86-based PC or server architecture
Solid hardware system understanding and diagnostics skills
Familiarity with Firmware, Linux, Windows, virtualization, storage, GPUs, AI/ML, Liquid Cooling, and data center operations is a plus
Strong technical communication and leadership skills to drive investigations with engineers of multiple disciplines
Ability to work effectively and independently in high-pressure environments
Some travel required, up to 25%
