About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with Production, Service, Purchaser, and Product Manager to validate and debug server systems
Identify technical issues and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues
Proactively follow up current validation backlogs and escalate road blockers as needed
Continuously improve processes and documentation for efficiency and accuracy
Learn and create technical documents for validating and troubleshooting newer GPU systems
Provide customer support in collaboration with Product Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of working experience in computer systems and/or servers
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Highly analytical, creative, detail oriented, organized, and a good team player
Familiar with Windows/Linux command-line interface (CLI)
Excellent knowledge of Server / Workstation products
Strong communication skill in both verbal and written
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering is preferred
