About the role
- Proactively acquire new customers and build long-term client relationships.
- Identify and approach potential customers through various channels (e.g., phone, email, social media, events).
- Deliver presentations and demos of our SaaS solution to demonstrate value to customers.
- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and pipeline management.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals.
- Work closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Production and Software Development to incorporate customer feedback.
Requirements
- Ideally, experience in B2B sales and in the SaaS or technology industry.
- Passion for sales, customer acquisition, and relationship building.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented work style and strong perseverance.
- Ability to explain technical topics clearly and to tailor solutions to customers' needs.
- Confident use of CRM systems and common office applications.
