About the role

  • Proactively acquire new customers and build long-term client relationships.
  • Identify and approach potential customers through various channels (e.g., phone, email, social media, events).
  • Deliver presentations and demos of our SaaS solution to demonstrate value to customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and pipeline management.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Production and Software Development to incorporate customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Ideally, experience in B2B sales and in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Passion for sales, customer acquisition, and relationship building.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented work style and strong perseverance.
  • Ability to explain technical topics clearly and to tailor solutions to customers' needs.
  • Confident use of CRM systems and common office applications.
