About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, configure, and optimize Epic Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, and Cogito applications.
Support Epic Ambulatory workflows, population health, care management, quality, and value-based care initiatives.
Develop and maintain registries, dashboards, Reporting Workbench reports, Radar dashboards, and analytics.
Partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to improve workflows, reporting, and application performance.
Support Community Connect implementations, upgrades, and optimization efforts.
Collaborate on healthcare interoperability and third-party application integrations.
Support Epic testing, system enhancements, production support, and ongoing optimization initiatives.
Troubleshoot application issues and recommend workflow improvements.
Mentor junior analysts and serve as a subject matter expert across Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, and Cogito.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of Epic analyst experience in a healthcare environment.
Epic Ambulatory certification required.
Epic Healthy Planet certification required.
Epic Cogito certification or equivalent reporting experience preferred.
