About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, modify, and optimize Epic Beacon Treatment Plans.
Support the creation and maintenance of research-based oncology treatment plans.
Build and maintain cell therapy Carepaths, Checklists, SmartForms, Flowsheets, Synopses, Reports, and clinical documentation tools.
Develop and modify SmartTools, including SmartLinks, SmartPhrases, and clinical notes, as needed.
Collaborate with clinical, pharmacy, research, and IT stakeholders to translate clinical requirements into scalable Epic solutions.
Support testing, validation, troubleshooting, and optimization of Beacon workflows.
Ensure build aligns with organizational standards and Epic best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Epic Beacon certification required.
Licensed Pharmacist (RPh or PharmD) required.
Experience building and supporting Epic Beacon in a healthcare environment.
Strong knowledge of oncology workflows, chemotherapy protocols, and clinical documentation.
Experience supporting research-related Epic build is strongly preferred.
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and drive work to completion with minimal oversight.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
