About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, configure, and maintain Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Referrals & Authorization
Support scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and referral workflows
Gather business requirements and translate them into Epic system build
Participate in testing, upgrades, workflow validation, and go-live support
Troubleshoot production issues and implement system enhancements
Collaborate with operational leaders, clinical teams, and IT stakeholders
Develop and maintain system documentation and build specifications.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Epic certifications in Cadence, Prelude, and Referrals & Authorization (required)
3+ years of Epic application build and support experience
Strong knowledge of patient access, scheduling, registration, and referral workflows
Experience supporting Epic implementations, optimizations, or Community Connect environments preferred
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
