About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, configure, and maintain Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Referrals & Authorization
- Support scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and referral workflows
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Epic system build
- Participate in testing, upgrades, workflow validation, and go-live support
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement system enhancements
- Collaborate with operational leaders, clinical teams, and IT stakeholders
- Develop and maintain system documentation and build specifications.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Epic certifications in Cadence, Prelude, and Referrals & Authorization (required)
- 3+ years of Epic application build and support experience
- Strong knowledge of patient access, scheduling, registration, and referral workflows
- Experience supporting Epic implementations, optimizations, or Community Connect environments preferred
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Benefits
Comp & perks- Pay rate based on qualifications and experience $80.00-$90.00/hr
