About the role

  • Superlanet is seeking a HB/PB Claims Applications Analyst for a direct hire full time remote opportunity with a non-profit medical center in Southern California, with strong experience in Hospital Billing (HB) and Professional Billing (PB) claims and contracts
  • This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate claims and contract load maintenance, supporting the organization’s financial systems, and contributing to upcoming build projects such as claim attachments
  • Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage HB/PB claims and contract loads within the financial applications systems
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve claims-related issues
  • Support upcoming projects including the build and implementation of claim attachment functionality
  • Partner with financial, clinical, and IT teams to ensure system accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide user support, documentation, and training as needed
  • Opportunity to work in a collaborative, supportive environment with a 20-member Financial Applications team

Requirements

  • Certification in HB/PB claims or contracts
  • Proven experience in HB/PB claims and contracts within a healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with claims workflows, load processes, and system maintenance
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
