About the role
- Superlanet is seeking a HB/PB Claims Applications Analyst for a direct hire full time remote opportunity with a non-profit medical center in Southern California, with strong experience in Hospital Billing (HB) and Professional Billing (PB) claims and contracts
- This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate claims and contract load maintenance, supporting the organization’s financial systems, and contributing to upcoming build projects such as claim attachments
- Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage HB/PB claims and contract loads within the financial applications systems
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve claims-related issues
- Support upcoming projects including the build and implementation of claim attachment functionality
- Partner with financial, clinical, and IT teams to ensure system accuracy and efficiency
- Provide user support, documentation, and training as needed
- Opportunity to work in a collaborative, supportive environment with a 20-member Financial Applications team

Requirements
- Certification in HB/PB claims or contracts
- Proven experience in HB/PB claims and contracts within a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with claims workflows, load processes, and system maintenance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
