• Analyze, design, build, test, and implement Epic Ambulatory configuration changes
• Standardize visit documentation, clinical workflows, and operational policies across ambulatory clinics
• Align Ambulatory workflows with scheduling modernization (MyChart + Cadence dependencies)
• Support expanded visit modes (e.g., telehealth, hybrid visits) with streamlined workflows
• Improve provider efficiency and care team coordination through workflow automation and access optimization
• Develop test scripts, support UAT and readiness activities for incremental releases
• Troubleshoot production issues and facilitate enhancements aligned to governance decisions
• Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to refine operational workflows and reduce clinician burden
