About the role
- Configure and optimize Epic MyChart for online scheduling, Fast Pass, and direct scheduling
- Standardize ambulatory scheduling workflows and visit templates
- Collaborate with Cadence and operational teams to improve access and reduce call center burden
- Support testing, training, change management, and go-live preparation
- Contribute to roadmap acceleration to meet the targeted June 30, 2026 go-live
Requirements
- 3+ years Epic MyChart and/or Cadence build experience
- Epic MyChart certification required (Cadence preferred)
- Strong understanding of access workflows and scheduling architecture
- Healthcare system experience required
