About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the recruitment process for strategic skilled trades roles including heavy sourcing, interviewing, and presenting top candidates to hiring managers
- Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience

Requirements

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay on top of important details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure, addressing regular high-demand requests and needs quickly
