About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
- Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience
- Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements
- Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of dedicated recruiting to skilled trades / construction roles
- Strong sourcing skills
- Bilingual a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
- MSP/VMS (vendor management) experience a plus
