About the role
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for government contracted roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified and cleared candidates through job boards, sourcing, referrals, social media, and networking
- Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience from start to finish
- Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements
- Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines
Requirements
- Three (3) years recruiting experience, including comfort and familiarity within the government space
- Experience with government procurement, sourcing for cleared and/or secret positions, and verifying clearances
- Strong sourcing skills for candidates with appropriate government clearances
- Familiarity with tools/sites such as clearedjobs and usajobs
- Understanding of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement)
- Ability to work well under pressure when addressing regular high-demand requests and needs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
