About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the financial department routines (Credit and Collections);
- Contribute to the control, analysis, and monitoring of operations;
- Ensure organization and accuracy of information;
- Support the team's and partner areas' decision-making processes;
- Consolidation of management reports;
- Monitoring of financial indicators (KPIs);
- Respond to and handle tickets via Salesforce;
- Develop and standardize Excel spreadsheets;
- Support accounts receivable routines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Production Engineering, Economics, or Financial Management;
- Availability to intern 6 hours per day;
- Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and charts);
- Familiarity with ERP systems;
- Ability to prepare and monitor management reports;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling financial data and information;
- Negotiation skills and ability to align with different departments;
- Power BI or other data visualization tools;
- Basic English.
