About the role

  • Ensure the commercial area's targets are met, focusing primarily on monitoring and controlling sales volume, commercial margins, and cylinder turnover
  • Ensure compliance with the established budget (expenses, revenues, volumes, etc.), developing actions and making decisions that contribute to meeting targets
  • Hold the team accountable for expected versus achieved results
  • Act proactively, presenting alternatives and solutions for operational and performance challenges
  • Develop, monitor, and execute action plans, ensuring consistent deliveries within deadlines and with a focus on results
  • Analyze data and KPIs to generate insights and guide necessary process adjustments
  • Support routine management by prioritizing activities, ensuring organization, and monitoring the progress of tasks
  • Anticipate risks and critical issues, proposing corrective actions and continuous improvements
  • Interact with partner areas (logistics, commercial/sales, operations, customer service), ensuring alignment and smooth communication
  • Build and maintain professional, collaborative relationships with internal and external clients
  • Continuously seek optimization opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and results

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Business Administration or Engineering
  • Experience in the commercial/sales area
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • English
