About the role
- Ensure the commercial area's targets are met, focusing primarily on monitoring and controlling sales volume, commercial margins, and cylinder turnover
- Ensure compliance with the established budget (expenses, revenues, volumes, etc.), developing actions and making decisions that contribute to meeting targets
- Hold the team accountable for expected versus achieved results
- Act proactively, presenting alternatives and solutions for operational and performance challenges
- Develop, monitor, and execute action plans, ensuring consistent deliveries within deadlines and with a focus on results
- Analyze data and KPIs to generate insights and guide necessary process adjustments
- Support routine management by prioritizing activities, ensuring organization, and monitoring the progress of tasks
- Anticipate risks and critical issues, proposing corrective actions and continuous improvements
- Interact with partner areas (logistics, commercial/sales, operations, customer service), ensuring alignment and smooth communication
- Build and maintain professional, collaborative relationships with internal and external clients
- Continuously seek optimization opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Business Administration or Engineering
- Experience in the commercial/sales area
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- English
