About the role
- Coordinate strategic projects with exposure to local executive leadership and the holding company.
- Conduct economic and financial feasibility studies for strategic initiatives using valuation metrics such as discounted cash flow (DCF), IRR, payback, ROCE and sensitivity scenarios.
- Act as a business partner to the business areas and initiative managers, monitoring financial performance with a critical perspective, collaborative approach, and clear, articulate communication.
- Prepare technical memorandums on the financial viability studies of significant investment projects for review and approval by the holding company’s executive committee.
- Monitor, analyze and report the economic and financial performance of strategic initiatives and project investments based on variances between Forecast vs. Plan.
- Prepare and review discount rates for valuation purposes, such as WACC and Cost of Equity.
- Produce management reports and executive dashboards, as well as presentations for board and committee meetings at both local and holding levels.
- Automate and optimize departmental processes using tools such as Power BI and artificial intelligence (AI) resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial/Production Engineering or Accounting.
- Extensive experience in FP&A, investments, strategy, projects, M&A or related areas.
- Experience working on multidisciplinary projects involving multiple areas and stakeholders.
- Experience in advanced financial modeling, valuation, sensitivity analyses and forecasting.
- Proficiency in investment analysis methodologies (IRR, payback, ROCE, DCF).
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build dynamic models and scenarios.
- Knowledge of strategy, market dynamics and competitive benchmarking.
- Advanced English with strong reading, writing and communication skills.
- Power BI (intermediate/advanced).
