About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market research
- Develop and execute realistic, data-driven go-to-market plans and forecasts in collaboration with sales management
- Establish long-term relationships with clients, positioning as a trusted advisor
- Manage the buy-sell-replenish cycle with retail partners
- Use PowerBI and other tools to track and analyze key metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
- Travel regionally and nationally to visit accounts and participate in consumer events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in retail or wholesale
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- Experience in sporting goods, fitness, wellness, or athletics is a plus
- Specific knowledge in footwear or foot biomechanics a strong advantage
