• Lead product vision, strategy, and execution across sportsbook and casino verticals.
• Build and scale a cutting-edge crypto gaming brand from the ground up with a relentless focus on user experience and personalisation.
• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap, balancing sportsbook, casino, and platform innovation priorities.
• Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, operations, trading, marketing, and data teams to deliver product features.
• Champion customer-centric design and a data-informed approach to product development.
• Lead ideation, prioritisation, and delivery of new features, and set clear KPIs to iterate and optimise performance.
• Own the end-to-end user experience across mobile and desktop with focus on simplicity, engagement, and retention.
• Embed personalisation across the player journey via intelligent segmentation, content targeting, and behavioural insights.
• Partner with design leads to ensure product is visually world-class and brand-defining.
• Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous feedback loops with players and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in crypto and gaming.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and legal to ensure features meet licensing requirements.

• As Senior Visual Designer, you'll be the creative force behind our platform’s visual identity, applying your design expertise across every phase of the process—from research to wireframes to visual design—crafting the moments that make players' hearts race.
• Create visually stunning iGaming interfaces that capture the thrill of gaming while maintaining clarity and usability
• Design memorable "moments of delight" including win celebrations, bonus triggers, and achievement unlocks that players want to share
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual language that scales from mobile slots to desktop live dealer games
• Push creative boundaries with cutting-edge motion design and micro-interactions that set new standards for mobile gaming
• Collaborate with the Principal Designer to extend our design system with reusable components that maintain excitement at scale
• Work directly with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and smooth performance across all devices
• Research and prototype new visual directions that differentiate us from traditional online casinos
