About the role

  • Identify, build, and scale acquisition channels, including influencers / creators, affiliates, SEO / organic search, community platforms (eg. Telegram, Discord, Reddit)
  • Continuously explore and test new growth opportunities across emerging channels
  • Develop a more efficient approach to influencer marketing, identifying undervalued creators and performance-driven partnerships
  • Structure deals focused on ROI, not vanity metrics, and test alternative models, including micro-influencers and performance-based partnerships
  • Run rapid tests across channels, creatives, and messaging, measuring and optimizing for CAC, LTV, and payback period
  • Track and report on performance across all acquisition channels, building a clear view of channel-level ROI and player quality by source

Requirements

  • 3–6 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or acquisition roles
  • Experience with influencer marketing
  • Experience with affiliate marketing
  • Experience with SEO or organic growth
  • Experience in iGaming, crypto, gaming, or similar industries is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset (comfortable with data, Excel/Sheets required; SQL a plus)
  • Deep understanding of acquisition metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI)
  • Experience running experiments and scaling channels
  • Ability to operate across multiple channels simultaneously
