About the role
- Design and implement smart contracts for stablecoin operations
- Maintain developer-facing APIs and SDKs
- Build backend systems for minting, burning, and transaction monitoring
- Drive engineering excellence through code reviews and testing
- Provide technical mentorship and help shape engineering culture
Requirements
- Senior or Staff-level backend and blockchain engineer (7+ years)
- Hands-on expertise in Solidity and TypeScript
- Deep EVM blockchain expertise including smart contract design and integration
- Strong understanding of stablecoin mechanics
- Experience integrating with custody or vault systems such as Fireblocks, Copper or BitGo
- Practical experience with DeFi primitives
- Proven experience developing microservice-based, event-driven distributed systems
- Strong understanding of REST, and GraphQL
- Experience architecting and implementing responsive front ends using Vanilla React or Next.js
- Competence with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines for deploying and maintaining microservices
