About the role

  • You will be a key person in creating and managing the financial data for the business
  • Making sure that many of the key operating processes happen accurately and on time each month
  • As an early member of the finance team, you will be able to influence the way we do things
  • Bringing not just executional excellence but also helping to build and shape a world class finance team ready for the future continued growth of the business

Requirements

  • Broad experience across finance operational processes; payroll, invoicing, accounting/bookkeeping, HMRC returns
  • Great attention to detail as it is a role that focuses on the numbers !
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for sustainability is a bonus
  • Prior startup, high growth, small company experience is preferred
