About the role
- Perform active outbound prospecting to generate interest in our solutions;
- Qualify leads by understanding needs and mapping business opportunities;
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team, optimizing the sales funnel;
- Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, social media and other strategic channels;
- Use the CRM (Salesforce) to record interactions and monitor process stages;
- Collaborate with other areas (sales, pre-sales, marketing) to ensure the best experience for the lead;
- Present Supercomm’s value proposition consultatively, acting with empathy and objectivity;
- Track performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest ideas to optimize processes and results.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an SDR or in outbound sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is desirable
- Microsoft Office (intermediate)
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of telecom, technology, or taxation is a plus
