About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead product discovery, definition, and experience-design activities for complex digital systems, including in regulated industries such as energy, financial services, and healthcare
Own the product definition process, translating business objectives and requirements into practical, market-relevant product plans
Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions
Define product scopes and priorities using market insights, business objectives, user needs, feasibility, and expected product value
Structure complex and ambiguous problem spaces by identifying assumptions, dependencies, risks, and key product decisions
Map user journeys and operational workflows
Create screen structures, interactions, and functionality through wireframes and AI-powered prototypes using Figma, Figma Make, and Claude
Plan and conduct user research to uncover needs, validate assumptions, and test concepts and prototypes
Guide and review UX/UI Designers’ work to create polished, accessible, implementation-ready designs
Collaborate with Business Analysts and Solution Architects on development-ready requirements and specifications
Work with Software Engineers throughout delivery, providing product context, resolving questions, refining requirements, and supporting implementation decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience working with complex B2B digital products in product design, product management, or client-facing consultancy
Curiosity and willingness to explore complex domains, business processes, and industry-specific workflows
Strong analytical and strategic thinking
Ability to translate business goals, market insights, and user needs into clear product direction
Ability to navigate ambiguity, structure complex problems, and make clear, actionable product decisions
Excellent communication, facilitation, and consulting skills
Ability to quickly understand discovery and design processes, tech stack, and product development culture
Confidence collaborating in English within an international team serving mostly foreign clients
Energy industry domain knowledge or experience is a plus
