About the role
- Collaborate closely with our pre-sales, design, and technology teams to turn business goals and customer needs into seamless, elegant digital solutions.
- Your journey starts in the pre-sales phase, where you will uncover, structure, and define client requirements -either to meet clearly articulated needs or to build entirely new greenfield products from scratch alongside our Energy Industry spearhead team.
- Take end-to-end responsibility across the lifecycle of energy-related digital products- ranging from platforms supporting energy interconnectors and trading to grid and system operation management solutions.
- Lead and support product discovery activities, advise clients on OT and digital product strategy, help define product scope, and guide continuous development initiatives to ensure long-term value and scalability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the energy industry: Proven experience and strong business understanding of interconnectors, TSOs/DSOs, energy trading, grid asset management, or similar domains
- Adaptability to different situations: The ability to navigate change effectively, applying strong change-management skills when dealing with unforeseen edge cases and new features
- An innovative, customer-focused mindset: A background as an energy industry professional with hands-on experience in digital product development
- Excellent communication skills: The ability to clearly explain how functions work to non-technical audiences, while also translating business requirements into actionable input for technical teams
- Strong business acumen: A solid understanding of both business and customer needs within the energy industry
- A commercial mindset: A proactive and curious approach to identifying and exploring new business opportunities in close collaboration with our clients
