About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run creator campaigns from brief to retro: budget, creator selection, execution, delivery, and an honest look at what worked and what didn't.
- Act as the primary contact for game teams by translating their objectives into effective campaigns.
- Pick creators because they fit the game and build lasting relationships.
- Own the timeline, the budget, and the numbers.
- Keep the paid work close to the organic creator program.
- Look after the biggest creator partnerships.
- Lean on agencies when they add scale.
- Measure what matters, share it plainly, and fold lessons back into each game's playbook.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid hands-on experience in influencer or creator marketing for mobile games.
- A strong feel for creators and a network in the gaming space.
- An instinct to reach for AI in your work.
- Solid project management skills.
- Content and platform curiosity.
- A good head for numbers and comfortable using performance data.
- Great communication in English, written and spoken.
- Experience with A-list or celebrity creators would be nice.
- Hands-on experience across more than one region.
- A track record of building playbooks or repeatable ways of working.
