About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and improve executive compensation programs, base salary, annual incentives
  • Evolve executive equity programs, including grant design and allocation approaches
  • Design and manage comp and equity frameworks aligned with company performance

  • Act as the go-to expert on executive compensation and equity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in compensation
  • Strong understanding of executive compensation structures
  • Solid analytical skills and experience with financial modeling
  • Experience advising senior stakeholders
  • Good understanding of market practices and regulatory considerations
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with HRIS and compensation planning tools
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Clear communication and presentation skills in English
  • Familiarity with AI tools
