Key responsibilities & impact

Own and drive the enterprise-wide Brightree strategy
Act as a change leader, proactively identifying gaps
Lead full lifecycle implementation efforts, including vision-setting, planning, execution
Establish clear implementation frameworks, timelines, and accountability structures

Ability to drive change and influence across all levels of the organization
Experience in a multi-location or high-growth healthcare organization
Familiarity with revenue cycle management and payer requirements
Experience with system integrations and data migration.
