Key responsibilities & impact- Own the operating cadence: weekly priorities, OKR/KR tracking, meeting hygiene, follow-ups
- Turn leadership conversations into action
- Partner with Execs to scope and execute high-priority strategic initiatives
- Conduct market, business operations and financial analysis
- Analyze company operations and market performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, startups, or a similar analytical/operational role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to structure ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution
- Organized with strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
