About the role

  • Plan, schedule and control warehouse operations to fully meet finished-goods demand
  • Receive, store and properly control inventories of supplies and materials, aiming to maximize inventory accuracy and meet production demands while complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Ensure finished products are delivered on the agreed schedule, in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and at the lowest possible cost
  • Maintain operational excellence, reduce inventories while preserving service levels (cross-functional alignment, data transparency), and manage capacity to avoid storage overcapacity, excess stock and logistics process inefficiencies
  • Promote and implement visibility, automation and innovation tools, exploring the use of AI
  • Develop people and processes with a continuous improvement mindset, staying abreast of the pharmaceutical market and its trends

Requirements

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
