About the role
- Use data to answer strategic questions and support business strategy and rapid growth
- Organize, clean and structure large raw datasets related to performance marketing channels
- Visualize data: create automated dashboards and funnels for internal teams
- Run deep-dive analyses and create regression or segmentation models
- Generate reporting to drive business growth and draw strategic insights from product, user, and operational data
- Collaborate with data team and stakeholders to address requests and inform decision-making
Requirements
- Ability to pull, clean and manipulate large sets of complex data
- Write SQL queries
- Perform data analysis with Python and/or R
- Familiarity with analytics tools: Looker, Amplitude, DBT, and Snowflake
- Solid understanding of common statistical methods and real world applications
- Naturally curious and able to turn data into stories for stakeholders
- Able to work independently while embracing mentorship and guidance
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous or changing priorities
- Take ownership of work and deliver impactful results
