About the role
- Gain meaningful, hands-on experience in fraud operations through the Winter 2026 term
- Learn how the business works as part of the Strategic Operations team
- Review customer accounts to compile compelling evidence for customer disputes
- Assess data to gather insights on customer behavior and identify opportunities
- Monitor Fraud Dashboards to ensure proactive fraud mitigation
- Participate in special projects related to fraud and chargebacks
- Have a direct impact on the customer experience and assist cross-functional teams
Requirements
- You are a post-secondary student, studying business or finance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- 1-2 years of work experience preferred
- Experience with data analysis preferred
- You have a passion for people, processes, and systems
- You have a strong work ethic with a desire to contribute to a fast-growing startup
- You are a critical thinker and problem-solver
- You have the ability to learn quickly, paired with the desire to work hard
