• Campaigns & Collaboration
• - Lead campaigns that showcase reviews and credibility assets.
• - Partner with Social Media to repurpose positive reviews and strengthen brand presence.
• Data & Reporting
• - Consolidate review and community data into clear insights.
• - Highlight trends, risks, and opportunities to inform cross-team strategies.
