About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run the long-tail partner pipeline autonomously — follow up, qualify, nurture, and keep deals moving
- Manage partners post-onboarding: co-marketing coordination, integration support, adoption tracking, co-sell and account mapping
- Be the primary point of contact for a book of partners, representing Supabase in external conversations
- Spot trends in the developer ecosystem and flag new partnership opportunities proactively
- Own and extend the operational backbone of our partner program — partner intake, onboarding workflows, billing coordination, and tracking systems
- Identify process gaps and build solutions before they become problems
- Maintain clean data hygiene across partner records, agreements, and revenue attribution
- Work fluently across our internal tool stack including Supabase, Notion, AI-assisted workflows, and no-code automation tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–6 years of experience in Partnerships, referral marketing, or channel sales
- Domain expertise — you've worked at or with an ISV, database company, or inside an app marketplace ecosystem
- Track record of driving co-marketing, co-sell, and referral campaigns that delivered real results
- Self-directed and externally credible — you run your own process, close your own loops, and represent Supabase in partner conversations without needing backup.
