About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively engage with builders and platforms using Supabase—especially within modern “vibe coding” environments.
- Work closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales) to help execute a pipeline of partnership opportunities.
- Manage partners that are onboarded, providing co-marketing support to help partners increase adoption.
- Monitor trends across AI-assisted development, open-source infrastructure, and developer workflows to identify new ecosystem opportunities.
- Help grow Supabase’s presence within next-generation coding platforms by building relationships with founders, developers, and platform teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Recent graduate within a technical field, or 2–5 years of professional work experience (e.g., Product Management, Engineering, or Solutions Engineering/Architecture).
- Familiarity with open-source technologies, SaaS models, or developer ecosystems, including MCP (Model Context Protocol) server-based integration.
- Experience with market research, strategic analysis, or partnership development, ideally within the open-source space.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify trends and assess business opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and present findings clearly.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing projects independently.
- Nice to Have: Experience building side projects or prototypes using Supabase in conjunction with AI-powered tools (e.g., Lovable, Bolt, Figma, v0, etc.).
- Familiarity with open-source communities or developer GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies.
- Internship or early experience in AI startups and/or developer tooling companies.
- Exposure to AI/LLM-powered developer tools and workflows.
