About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide initial and timely responses to all support cases for various topics
  • Triage support cases directing users to previous answers, documentation, or escalation
  • Monitor multiple feedback channels like Github Issues & Discussions
  • Identify internal tooling improvements to enhance support efficiency
  • Reproduce issues, create test cases and improve test coverage (if applicable)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support
  • Proficient in SQL (ideally PostgreSQL)
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Skilled in using Linux/Unix operating systems and the command line
  • Experienced working with GitHub Issues and Discussions
  • Familiar with popular JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, and Svelte (bonus)
  • Degree in Computer Science (plus)
