About the role

  • Build and maintain Supabase documentation site and documentation API
  • Level up the documentation site to provide a best-in-class experience for users from indie developers to enterprise teams
  • Maintain docs tooling and content pipelines to make contributing smooth for internal and external contributors
  • Build tools for product teams and Technical Writers to showcase Supabase features
  • Engage and work with open source contributors through GitHub discussions, issues, and pull requests
  • Operate asynchronously within a globally distributed team and contribute to company-wide practices

Requirements

  • Frontend experience: build and maintain a Next.js site and content pipelines
  • Documentation experience: information architecture and experience working on a docs site
  • Experience maintaining docs tooling and content pipelines
  • Experience engaging with open source contributors via GitHub discussions, issues, and pull requests
  • Experience working in an async and/or remote environment (applicants are asked to describe this)
  • Ability to collaborate with product teams, technical writers, and engineering teams
