About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advising clients on IT security, data protection, and information security.
Leading and executing complex projects to implement security strategies and concepts.
Developing and reviewing policies, processes, and measures for information security.
Conducting risk assessments and gap analyses.
Supporting certification processes, e.g., ISO 27001 and TISAX.
Assisting in the establishment and continuous improvement of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
Designing and delivering awareness programs and training.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in (business) informatics, IT forensics, IT security, or a comparable qualification.
At least 5 years of professional experience in IT security, information security, or data protection.
Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISA, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.
Strong consulting experience and ideally practical experience in project management.
Structured, independent, and customer-focused working style.
Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with different corporate cultures.
Fluent German (C1 level), both written and spoken.
Fluent English (B2 level), both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel within Germany; travel requirements are limited.
