About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are the point of contact for creating service designs and you support the service transition.
- Whenever changes are required, you plan and carry out minor and major changes and handle incidents as well as problem tickets.
- You support the further development of our services through automation and an improved user experience.
- In this role you actively work in our agile Cisco-focused team.
- Last but not least, you take care of the continuous optimization of our processes and services.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed technical degree or equivalent IT vocational training and several years of professional experience in the network and security environment
- Experience in support or operations in an ITIL context is an advantage
- Confident use of tools such as Wireshark, NetBox, PRTG and Python
- Solid know‑how in the Cisco networking environment as well as relevant experience with leading security vendors, e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, Trend Micro
- Very good German and good English language skills
