About the role

  • Responsible for the collection, analysis, and transformation of data into Dashboards, reports, and KPIs focused on managing commercial activities, clients, and sales.
  • Definition and preparation of Dashboards and ad-hoc solutions for managing information.
  • Calculation of commercial KPIs.
  • Management and cleansing of databases from commercial systems.
  • Alignment of data between internal and external systems.
  • Management of incidents with internal and external IT teams.
  • Processes for data consolidation and loading into reporting systems (Qlik Sense, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Control and management of data quality.
  • Preparation and maintenance of control processes.
  • Application of statistical models for value estimation.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years in managing Business Intelligence systems, databases, reports, Dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Degree in Big Data and Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration and Management, Statistics, or equivalent.
  • Ability to work as part of a team with different functions within the company: Sales, Commercial Marketing, RGM, S&Op, Finance, etc.
  • Knowledge and interest in the workflows of the commercial area, its evolution, and its integration with other departments.
  • Business vision to seek and understand the fit of data within functions.
  • Results-oriented and focused on continuous improvement.
  • Service-oriented attitude towards other departments, with a constant search for quality, questioning the status quo to improve it.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Critical attitude to be able to question data, analyze it, and draw relevant conclusions based on it.
  • Programming in Qliksense and Power BI.
  • High ability to synthesize and organize data.
  • Analytical and numerical approach.
  • Process-oriented and planning-focused.
  • Advanced handling of databases and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP is valued.
  • Ability to understand and prepare documentation in English.
