About the role
- Handle all aspects of marina operations within budgetary guidelines
- Improve guest services level, performance, efficiency, and profitability
- Collaborate with the Home Office and colleagues throughout the organization
- Achieve financial results according to the annual operation and capital budgets
- Routinely inspect all areas of the property to ensure an above average appearance and a proper safety environment
- Ensure safety of customers and employees, provide training in safe use of marina equipment and fire fighting equipment
Requirements
- Five years previous management experience including direction of employees, accounting, budgeting activities, inventory control, advertising, and customer relations
- General accounting knowledge and basic understanding of financial statements
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with employees, customers, tenants, vendors, and government personnel
