Key responsibilities & impact

Write backend code and tests to deliver reliable features
Support existing solutions and contribute to new functionality
Participate in an agile Scrum team through daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Improve code quality through peer reviews, refactoring, and best practices
Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to design and deliver scalable products
Learn and apply new technologies in real projects
Support and develop projects in Java, NodeJS, and C#

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid knowledge of Java core principles
Basic understanding of the Spring Framework, preferably Spring Boot
Knowledge of SQL and ability to write queries
Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
Ability to use Git and remote repositories
At least Intermediate English level in listening, speaking, and reading
Motivation and willingness to learn new technologies and programming languages
Experience with JUnit, Flyway, or JDBC Template is a plus
Experience with C# is a plus
Experience with Node.js is a plus
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON structure is a plus
Understanding of main design patterns and basic architectural principles is a plus
Knowledge of multithreading basics is a plus
Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD concepts is a plus
Experience with issue-tracking systems such as Jira is a plus
Self-motivated and reliable team player
Open to feedback and eager to improve
Proactive mindset and willingness to take responsibility and suggest improvements
Willingness to learn from mistakes and share knowledge
