About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support capital markets and transaction workstreams tied to new portfolio opportunities and refinancing initiatives.
  • Manage onboarding workstreams for newly awarded or acquired portfolios, including timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Support pricing analysis for new opportunities, incorporating commercial assumptions, cost considerations, and transition complexity.
  • Prepare investor- and executive-facing materials — pricing proposals, diligence decks, refinancing packages, and portfolio update presentations.
  • Support recurring portfolio overview materials and communications for existing investors.
  • Manage investor and counterparty communications throughout deal, refinancing, and onboarding processes with responsiveness, professionalism, and clarity.
  • Translate diligence findings, operating assumptions, and financial analysis into clear recommendations and decision-useful materials.
  • Coordinate with asset management, accounting, tax, operations, legal, and external counterparties to support transaction readiness, refinancing, and onboarding execution.
  • Track open items, decisions, and dependencies across active workstreams.
  • Help standardize the tools, templates, and processes for pricing, diligence, investor communications, and onboarding.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, structured finance, transaction advisory, or a similarly analytical role.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience preparing materials for investors, executives, or transaction stakeholders, including diligence and pricing content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact effectively with sophisticated external audiences.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams at once.
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of ownership in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
