About the role

  • Manage daily accounting operations (fixed assets, treasury, taxes, payroll)
  • Handle monthly/year-end closings, provisions, and account reconciliations
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash operations
  • Manage intercompany reconciliations and factoring processes
  • Prepare tax declarations (VAT, C3S, DES, CVAE)
  • Contribute to statutory accounts and ensure compliance
  • Process supplier payments and reconcile accounts
  • Manage customer payments, aging balance, and provisions
  • Oversee expense reports and related tools
  • Support closing reviews and strengthen internal controls
  • Reconcile sub-ledgers and general ledger
  • Assist with audits and intercompany processes
  • Improve accounting processes and tools

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting (minimum Bac+2; DCG or equivalent preferred)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in an accounting firm is a plus
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and French tax regulations
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
